We aim to keep the information on the website accurate and up-to-date, but product details, availability and presentation may occasionally change.

3. Products & Availability

We sell baby and children’s clothing together with selected related everyday items shown on the website.

Product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes and measurements are provided to help you choose the right item. Small differences in colour or appearance can occur depending on your screen, browser or device.

Products are subject to availability. We regularly refresh our stock, but an item shown on the website may become unavailable before an order is completed.

If an ordered item becomes unavailable before dispatch, we will contact you and explain the available options, which may include a suitable replacement or a refund for the unavailable item.

4. Prices & Payment

Product prices are shown on the website in pounds sterling (£) unless stated otherwise.

The price displayed at checkout is the amount applicable to the order at the time the purchase is completed.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order can enter the normal processing and dispatch process.

If a clear pricing or product information error is identified before dispatch, we may contact you to confirm the correct details. If the order cannot reasonably proceed on the original terms, you will be offered the appropriate option, including a refund where applicable.

5. Placing an Order

Before placing an order, please check your selected products, quantities, sizes, delivery details and contact information.

An order is not considered ready for dispatch until the payment has been successfully confirmed.

6. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will normally receive an order confirmation by email using the address provided during checkout.

Please keep the confirmation for your records. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, check your email folders and contact us if you still need help.

We may contact you within 2 working days if we need to clarify an order detail before dispatch.

7. Dispatch & Delivery

Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 1–2 working days after payment has been confirmed.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier schedules, public holidays and other circumstances can occasionally affect the final delivery time.

If an order has not arrived within 7 working days after the expected UK delivery period, or within 10 working days after the expected European delivery period, please contact us so we can check the order.

8. Returns & Exchanges

If you change your mind about an item, you can contact us within 14 days of receiving the order to request a return.

Once the return has been agreed, the item should normally be sent back within a further 14 days.

The first return or exchange for each order is free. Further returns or exchanges from the same order may be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Returned items should normally be unused, unworn, unwashed and in suitable original condition. Items that have been altered, washed, damaged through use or returned incomplete may not qualify for a change-of-mind refund.

Once an accepted return has been received and checked, the refund will normally be processed within 14 days.
